The Childs Frick Mansion at the Nassau County Museum of Art

Housed inside an historic Gold Coast Mansion, The Nassau County Museum of Art features 600 works of art representing 19th and 20th century European and American artists. The museum has a variety of changing exhibitions, formal gardens and a sculpture garden. Children will enjoy the Children’s Art Museum featuring an Alice in Wonderland-inspired exhibition-complete with a giant chessboard.

Hours: The museum is open from Tuesday- Sunday from 11am- 4:45pm.
Fees: The admissions fees are $10 for adults, $4 for children 4-12, $4 for students, and $8 seniors ages 62+.
